how we do it OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Determine functional & aesthetic desires of client. Review designers portfolio. Establish scope of work & desired time line.Provide written quote specifying scope of work and estimate of hours required for project. A preliminary design deposit is required to secure designers services. Design deposits are 25% of quote or a minimum of $500. The deposit will be applied to the final invoice.The design process can vary based on both the complexity of the project as well as the availability of the client and designer. The time between as-built measurements taken and initial design is an average of 6 to 10 business days.
